GIFT CARD POLICY
Looking for the perfect gift? Our gift cards can be purchased online in denominations of R300, R700, R1500, and R3500. You can also purchase a gift card for any denomination. Visit the salon to purchase or purchase an electronic gift card online at www.dkysalon.com.
GIFT CARD DELIVERY
Traditional plastic gift cards must be purchased in our salon at 93 Randpark Drive, Randpark Ridge, Randburg, 2169. We currently do not support delivery of traditional plastic gift cards via courier services or any other delivery service. Electronic gift cards are delivered by email and can be printed at home for hand delivery.
USING YOUR GIFT CARD
Gift cards are redeemable in-store for salon services, spa services, and merchandise.
REFUND POLICY
All DK&Y Salon and Spa gift cards are final sale. Traditional plastic gift cards purchased in the salon and electronic gift cards purchased on dkysalon.com cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

EXPIRATION
DK&Y Salon and Spa gift cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use
